Thomas Tate - a new star in the fashion firmament

 Influential Award for young designers LVMH Prize announced the winner of this season.
The winner of the contest, which lasted six months, became the Canadian Thomas Tate, who works in London. He has overtaken competitors like Chris Gelinas, Simone Rocha, Simon Port of Jacquemus, Max Ostervaysa and Erin Betty from Suno, Vick Gazinskaya, and received a grant of € 300.000 for the development of the business and the year of mentoring LVMH.
Decisions are made by a jury consisting entirely of stars Karl Lagerfeld, Nicolas Ghesquière, Marc Jacobs, Phoebe Philo and others. They appreciated the minimalist style and complex cut works of Thomas Tate. The designer first presented his work at London Fashion Week in 2010, and for five years has come a long way to awarded LVMH Prize. Now he is predicting a successful career at the very same Thomas Tate plans to open its brand and flagship boutique, begin to produce accessories and maybe even a line of cosmetics.
