- 300 grams of beef;
- 2 onions;
- 1 carrot;
- 4 potatoes;
- 50 g vermicelli;

Preparation:
First, you need to prepare the stuffing for meatballs. Meat for stuffing take good quality, not dried up, fresh. Before cooking, wash it, remove all films veins.
