Salad "Mushroom Meadow"
 Salad "Mushroom Meadow" can rightly be attributed to the festive salads. In the formulation of this delicious and wholesome dishes include mushrooms, containing more than 20 amino acids essential for human beings. In a salad, these mushrooms are perfectly combined with chicken, boiled vegetables, cheese, eggs and pickles.

To prepare the salad "Mushroom Meadow" will need:

- 1 Bank 0, 5 liters of pickled mushrooms;
- 300 grams of chicken;
- 100 grams of pickles;
- 3 eggs;
- 200 g of cheese;
- 1 onion;
- 300 g potatoes;
- 200 g carrots;
- 400 g of mayonnaise;
- Green;
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Boil chicken until tender in salted water. Remove the fillets from the broth and refrigerate. Chilled fillets cut into strips.

Boil the potatoes and carrots. Refrigerate vegetables, clean and grate.

Cheese must grate.

Cucumbers cut into strips.

Onions clean, cut into thin half-rings, and pour over boiling water.

Eggs need to boil, cool, peel and chop sticks or grate.

Finely chop the greens.

Then take a deep salad bowl and lubricate the inside of vegetable oil. This will allow in the future easier to extract salad salad bowl. At the bottom of the salad bowl hats lay down a layer of mushrooms. On a layer of mushrooms, pour a layer of chopped greens. Put the vegetables and meat layers: carrots, eggs, onions, chicken, pickles, cheese and potatoes. Each layer must be fluff with mayonnaise. Close salad with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
