Before class, it is desirable to empty the bowel and bladder, rinse your nose. It is not recommended to do yoga immediately after waking up or just before bedtime.

Before class, throw away all the unpleasant and sad thoughts, focus on your body and feelings. During practice you should not distract other sounds or thoughts. Perform the asanas better in silence or under a light, soft music.

Begin your journey in yoga asana with simple: slide, dog muzzle up and down the tree, side triangles, plow pose and candles and basic sequences: large and small circles. Only to master them well enough, go to more complex exercises. Do not do asanas that you are unpleasant or cause pain.
