"Marine" diet: the rules and schedule

 The most effective way to lose weight is considered diet based on seafood. Observing marine diet for four days, you will get the ease and moderate hunger. Most importantly, with a diet, eat more vegetables and fruits.

The first day of the marine diet.
For breakfast, eat a couple of slices of bread with 50 g of tuna in its own juice and one tomato.
For lunch: 200g peeled any seafood (shrimp, clams and crabs), 150g vegetable salad, seasoned with lemon juice, one apple.
For dinner: 200g smoked ham, broccoli 50g, 20g spaghetti in tomato sauce, canned 30g celery, one banana.

The second day of the marine diet.
Have breakfast with a small portion unsweetened cereal with milk, toast one of the bran, and a banana.
For lunch: 100g canned salmon, 200g vegetable salad, seasoned with lemon juice, a bun, a couple of plums.
For dinner: 70g chips, 50g peas, one fish cake, 150g vegetable salad, one pear.

The third day of the marine diet.
For breakfast, eat 50g canned sardines, a toast, a glass of tomato and lemon juice.
One can dine fishcakes, a toast, a large portion of vegetable salad, seasoned with lemon juice and one apple.
For dinner: 200g chicken, grilled, baked one tomato, 50g of cooked mushrooms, 150g of green salad, seasoned with lemon juice, yogurt.

The fourth day of the marine diet.
For breakfast: one egg cooked boiled, cooked mushrooms 50g, 100g of grilled bacon, one small loaf of bread, a glass of orange juice.
Lunch: sandwich of two slices of bread with green salad and a mixture of mashed sardines and fish sticks, 50g crab pate, one banana.
For dinner: 150g of any oily fish, baked in foil with lemon juice, 150g cabbage with zucchini, one apple.

Seafood have a good effect on mental activity, so it is possible to observe during the exams and other important activities related to mental work. Need to use sea diet once a month as unloading.
