 This diet can be applied sufficiently long period of time, because it contains everything necessary for the normal functioning of the body.  

Breakfast: Two cups of tea or coffee, two slices of bread, two soft-boiled eggs, three tomatoes.

Dinner: 250 grams of meat, fried without fat, salad, apple.
