Breakfast: a cup of sour milk (yogurt) or a glass of lukewarm water, sweetened with a teaspoon of honey.
2nd B (10 hr.) Glass of fruit juice or some fruit or vegetables fresh.
Lunch: salad of raw vegetables (lettuce, green onions and garlic, radishes, cucumbers, parsley, dill, spinach, cabbage, etc.) And a glass of fruit juice.
Dinner: muesli. Tablespoon of oatmeal soak for 12 hours in three tablespoons of cold water. Before serving, add to them a tablespoon of honey, the juice of half or whole lemon, stir thoroughly. Grate about 200 grams of raw apples or other fruit and place them on oatmeal. Sprinkle granola tablespoon crushed walnuts, almonds or peanuts.
