Normally the infusion is prepared as follows. Take approximately 300 g of dry plant, pour boiling water over the dried mass. Water volume of 0, 7-1 liters will suffice. Allow to brew, usually lacking an hour. Thereafter, the liquid can be added to the water. Do not mix with the infusion of herbs flavored sea salts, bath foams and aromatic oils. The combination can provide an unexpected effect, not always favorable.
If you want to relax and forget about the hard day, or if you have a difficult period, use an infusion of lavender. Also, this infusion is good for those who are nervous stress. In this case, even the use of valerian helps chamomile, which, inter alia, very good for the skin. It becomes silky and smooth. The same beneficial effect on the skin have thyme, lemon balm and mint. Provide good relaxation hops, linden blossom and jasmine.
Usually take a bath to relax, but, oddly enough, some supplements may, on the contrary, to return you courage and help to gather strength. Add to the bathroom infusion of lemon verbena. You can optionally use mint and lemon balm, which also invigorate and give strength, restore energy.
If you feel constant fatigue, it may help you nettle, dandelion or blackberry leaves. These plants do not give instant energy boost, but gradually, over several sessions, recharge your energy.
