Eat foods that help cleanse the body of toxins, and thus improve the complexion. These include cabbage, carrots, beets, green apple. It is useful to start the morning with oatmeal, cooked in water.
Constantly look after your skin. Teach yourself at least once a week to do facials. Masks choose depending on your skin type. For this procedure, choose a time when you will be completely free from household chores and be able to relax until the mask will stay on your face. After this procedure is useful to clean the skin with an ice cube grass, which is prepared from a decoction of chamomile or sage, frozen in molds for making ice.
Clean pores. Half cup of dried chamomile flowers pour two cups of water and boil for twenty minutes in a water bath. Cover with a towel and lean over the steam. Less than five minutes, the pores open. Then make an exfoliating scrub that suits your skin type.

Massage makes a soft, gentle movements, but with slight pressure.
Learn to make light makeup. Do not use cosmetics in large quantities. As a base, choose low-fat cream with a light texture. Choose the shade, too, with a weightless texture. Use creamy blush, or instead put on the cheeks foundation swarthy hue, which give the skin a healthy tan color light.
