A week after the presentation of the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C and launch day IOS 7, on our screens out biopic about the founder of Apple.
The script of the film "Steve Jobs" was written by Matt Uyayteli and produced by Mark Hulme - guys with no experience in film production, but inspired by the outstanding American history. The ambitious project, conceived during the life of Steve Jobs, was designed to emulate the success of Apple, or at least be as inspiring as anything that is connected with the achievements of the company. But did not. And the fact that the director Joshua Mike Stern counts have been several works, and he also burned an unusual idea to make the film, did not help improve the situation.
In the picture covers the period from 1971 to 2000 - since the study of Steve Jobs at the college before the presentation of the iPod. We see how it all began as the development efforts of Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak developed into a small workshop in the garage for the production of computers, and later - at Apple, then the most expensive company in the world.
The film begins quite briskly, his style of convincing characters - young and ambitious. Quickly slip one by one mention of studies, parties, relationships with girls trip to India, experiments with drugs, adoptive parents. Sign biographical facts carefully listed, as that would not be forgotten. And now the moment of truth, a great insight - was the genius of Steve Jobs.
Dropping the charges of this episode (and some others) in Paphos, move on to the actor playing the great American Ashton Kutcher. He really has a resemblance to Steve Jobs. And is working on a way, obviously thoroughly. But Jobs Are in front of us? Bouncing gait actor paces the corridors of Apple, adds the familiar fingers, wearing the right glasses, breaks in the office staff and greatly upset by the losses and setbacks. But just a little too much - too diligent movement, three (or even four) episodes with weeping Jobs. This is not just a problem of the genre (which, incidentally, is booming - in the "Lovelace", on a "Diana" and "Princess of Monaco"), it is clear that submit lived ever man if he himself is not possible . But the reality of the screen has not been canceled, in the biopic too.
Who knows, maybe from the footage and went to a good movie, not whether it consisted of briefly mentioned facts and biographies of people. In addition to the main character, is still stored on the strength of two characters - Mike Markulla (Dermot Mulroney) and Steve Wozniak (Josh Gad), a little less flat than the others. A feeling that the filmmakers wanted to add to it even more details, facts, details, but conceded the need to talk about the personality of Jobs. And they made it so that any viewer could spend a psychological evaluation. As a result, the film became the puzzles on psychoanalysis for the elementary school.
Another problem apparently arose because of the reverence for the idol, besides Steve Jobs died in the process of shooting team on the project. Places where disclosed flip side of his genius, much relaxed. And heroes statements about the terrible nature of Jobs sound implausible that much confidence gave way to the film as a whole.
Good moments where Jobs at work. In general, the only scene where he convinces people of the need to do as he suggests, or when something new comes up - the only point of the film, which you can recognize that we are talking about the great creators of Apple.
Set out in this way is not a success story fascinating, but rather the opposite. All the inspiration and drive of Steve Jobs and his team are scattered on a broken and too thin branches of the superficial plot and excessive chewing. Especially shame that countless viewers switch off in the cinema before viewing their iPhones or see it from the screens of poppies or aypadov and hardly forgive the filmmakers their mistakes.
"Steve Jobs" (in the English version Jobs) lure the audience, but apparently did not offend, replacing the inspiring story of a guy from California, her bad retelling.
