 1. Hide the goodies, reach for vegetables.
Often we eat what first catches the eye. If opening the refrigerator, you gaze rest against a bottle of "mineral water" or dish with vegetables, you are bound to give them preference. Remove from the table the usual temptations: biscuits, candies, pastries, and a place of honor hoisted dish with carrots and celery.
