 For some reason, most of us, trying to eat properly, put the emphasis on what we eat (choose "healthy food", consider the calories and the like). And so it is worth considering, and about how we eat!
 Rule one. Before and after.

Not recommended to eat immediately after strenuous activities (heavy exercise, challenging physical work, and even strong emotions that most just trying to "seize"!), And after you have frozen or stay long in the heat. Such load immediately begin to interfere with the body to produce gastric juice. It is necessary to wait at least half an hour.

Immediately after a meal is not worth downloading itself. It is better to rest, but not lying down and certainly not fall asleep! Experts advise to walk 15 - 30 minutes for food to be good to learn. Sports can be practiced no earlier than one hour after eating.

The second rule. Take a break ...

Eat slowly, take breaks between courses (5 - 10 minutes).

Rule three. Hot and Cold

Harmful use very cold (much lower than room temperature) and very hot (scalding mouth and lips), food and drinks. Should not be combined in the same meal hot and cold dishes. This is bad for the teeth and stomach, and in general for your health.

Rule Four. Vegetables and fruit - the best food!

Each meal should start with raw vegetables or fruits (there should be, in whole or in salads). Vegetables and fruit, eaten on an empty stomach, stimulate the digestive glands and motility of the gastrointestinal tract. They contribute to the normalization of intestinal microflora. In addition, low-calorie fruits fill the stomach, and you are unlikely to overeat. Especially useful apples, cabbage of all kinds, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet peppers. By the way, sauerkraut is not inferior to the usefulness of fresh!

Together with thermally processed food, and especially right after it (for dessert), raw vegetables and fruits should not eat - or they "run" the processes of fermentation and putrefaction in the intestine even!

Rule Five. Water and food

It is not necessary to drink before a meal, during meals or after it! An exception can be made only if the dish is very dry (it should drink some fluids in small sips). Drinks wash away the saliva from the mouth and dilute the gastric juice, which adversely affects the digestion of food. Allowed to drink for half an hour before a meal and an hour after it.
