Day 1

Dinner: 1 egg, cabbage salad, tea.
Day 2
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato, tea (black coffee).
Lunch: boiled beef (100g), cabbage salad, 1 cup of grape juice.
Dinner: 2 apples.
Day 3
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato (cucumber), tea (coffee).
Dinner: steak (fried without oil), sauerkraut, 1 cup apple juice.
Dinner: 1 cup of nonfat yogurt.
Day 4
Breakfast: 100 grams of cottage cheese, tea (coffee).
Lunch: boiled lean fish, cabbage salad, 1 glass of carrot juice
Dinner: 2 apples.
Day 5
Breakfast: 1 egg, cabbage salad, tea.
Dinner: 100 grams of beef, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 cup apple juice.
Dinner: 1 cup of nonfat yogurt.
Day 6
Breakfast: 100 grams of cottage cheese, tea (coffee).
Lunch: boiled lean fish (100g), sauerkraut, 1 cup of carrot juice.
Dinner: 2 apples.
Day 7
Breakfast: 1 processed cheese, 1 apple, tea (coffee).
Lunch: vegetable soup, a piece of boiled chicken, tea.
Dinner: 1 cup of nonfat yogurt.
