Sour milk mask. Mix one-quarter cup of yogurt or yogurt with one tablespoon of oatmeal. Apply on face and leave on for fifteen minutes. Then gently massage the skin and wash with warm water. This mask is useful in that it removes a peeling, gently removing dead skin cells.
Curd mask. You will need two teaspoons of curd, one teaspoon of strong tea and flaxseed, zest of half a lemon. Mix all ingredients and apply on face for fifteen minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water. This mask moisturizes the skin and nourishes it with vitamins.
Honey-lemon mask. This mask nourishes the skin with vitamins and tightens it. Take one tablespoon of liquid honey, one teaspoon of lemon juice and white clay. All components mix and apply on face. Keep the mask for twenty minutes, then rinse with cool water.
Gelatin mask improves blood circulation, smoothes wrinkles and improves skin elasticity. You will need two teaspoons of gelatin and two tablespoons of water and glycerol. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell for thirty minutes. After the gelatin swell, put it in a water bath and bring to a syrup and mix with glycerin. Moisten the mixture into the cheesecloth and apply on face for thirty minutes. Thirty minutes later, wipe the face tonic and apply a nourishing cream.
In the autumn-winter period carrot mask helps to give pale skin tan. Everything else is perfectly nourishes the skin. Rub on a small grater average carrots and add one teaspoon of olive oil. The resulting mixture was put on the face and cover with a damp warm cloth. After twenty minutes, rinse with warm water.
When using face masks, cooked at home, it is important to remember a few things:
- Prepare the mask immediately before their use and do not leave residues in store;
- Masks should only be applied to thoroughly cleansed and no more than twice a week;
- Do facials better when there is an opportunity to lie back and relax.
