In winter, eat more foods rich in protein - beans, lean meats, nuts and dairy products. Lean on green vegetables, onions, garlic. They stimulate the immune system. Eat less starchy foods and sweets - winter metabolism decreases and increases appetite.

In winter our skin needs increased power. Choose a cream intended for the care of the skin in this time of year, or a dense texture. Dry and normal skin of the face are affected especially in winter.
Do hydrating mask. For example, sea buckthorn: Mix 1 tsp sea buckthorn oil with 1 tsp sour cream. Apply on face and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
