Try to keep your story in a humorous, likable form. With humor dilute the positive information about yourself that you just listed, the mention of their shortcomings, even imaginary. Make it clear to colleagues that humor and self-irony is not alien to you, and you do not narcissistic blowhard.
Tell us about your habits of those with whom they will encounter when working with you side by side: that you just can not quit smoking, for example, or that you prefer black or green tea and coffee. You can mention your hobbies and ask colleagues in time to stop you when you annoy them with stories about them.
Apologize in advance if you do not remember how someone call and ask them to assist you in quick adaptation to the new company and a new team. This will remove your speech many questions and arrange for you to your new colleagues. A cake brought to the nearest tea party or the first salary, finally strengthen your position.
