Monthly: MP wants to facilitate critical days rossiyankam

It seems that the deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party Mikhail Degtyarev wanted to become a favorite of Russian women: he proposed a bill under which the ladies will be able to take time off two days a month as of women's health.
Michael explained his initiative as follows: "Many women report that the monthly pain knock them for a few days out of the rut. Therefore, scientists and gynecologists consider menstruation as not only medical, but also as a social problem."
Probably not so important, what led deputies to come up with such a project: the forthcoming elections for the post of mayor of the capital, in which it participates, or a sincere desire to create a comfortable working environment for women. The main thing is that these days, according to the law, will be paid by the employer.
There is hope that the initiative will support at least half a fragile State Duma, as Head of the Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs Andrei Isayev has called the bill ill-considered and frivolous.
