If you use conventional paints and apply them in several layers, keep in mind that dry faster normal consistency varnish, applied evenly. Do not use paints thickened, they are always bad dry, so the result will always be unsatisfactory. And do not forget to degrease the nail plate before applying polish.
Do not apply to the nail several layers of lacquer. So polish will dry longer. Apply one coat, wait at least a minute and then cover the nail a second layer of varnish.
