Take a sheet of paper and a pen and write something like this: "I'm doing exercises in the morning, starting from March 1 until March 7. Immediately after I wake up and my feet touch the floor (Palace of the carpet), go to the middle of the room and perform a set of exercises. " Try to write legibly and large enough (preferably printed) letters.
List on the same page all the exercises that you have chosen for morning exercises. Draw a table for a week of two columns where you will celebrate a tick or cross their daily progress in achieving the goal. Identify and measure of success in using roughly the wording: "The aim will be reached if every morning from 1 to 7 March inclusive I did (made) a complete set of exercises and table bear all the checkboxes." You can choose another landmark (for example, lose a few pounds to the eighth of March and so on.). Mention and the promotion (trips to the theater, the acquisition of some things, interesting trips, etc.).
Sign up for this commitment to realize the full measure of responsibility (as if you have contracted). Hang this sheet in plain view in your room (most importantly, that it was evident from the bed).
Before you go to bed on the eve of the day with you, finally decided to start doing exercises, play mentally in detail tomorrow's awakening and the process of exercise. Be sure to imagine how you charge you check or a cross in the appropriate cell of the table.
