Influence of computer, TV, reading in a moving vehicle, stress, a huge amount of mental work - all this leads to vision loss and development of various kinds of eye diseases. Routinely perform special exercises that strengthen the muscles of the eyes, and gradually you will notice that vision becomes sharper.

Sit in front of a mirror, close your eyes and sit a little relaxed. Feel relaxed eyes, enjoying the darkness covered with lids. Can include meditation music to calm down completely. Open your eyes and go directly to the exercises.

Look at the tip of the nose, squinting as possible. Move the view of the bridge of the nose, and then in the third eye. Hold the view in each position for 10 seconds. Look ahead and close your eyes, relax a few seconds and re-open your eyes.

Look at the surface of the mirror, as if to examine it speck, for 1 minute. Move the view into the distance, as if at your reflection that - is hiding, peered into the distance. Repeat 3 more times.

Look ahead, look away to the right, down, left, up. Change direction: Left, Down, Right, Up. Repeat with an additional 10 times in each direction.

Close your eyes. Eyeballs rotate clockwise for 2 - 3 minutes. Sit at rest for 1 minute, then repeat the rotation in the opposite direction.

Continue to sit with your eyes closed. Palms begin to rub against each other, feel as heat is generated between them. Spread the palm and put them in the eye. So sit for a few minutes, try to relax your eyes. Lift eyelids, enjoy natural light coming through your hands, your arms.
