Must be a couple of times a week, apply a mask for combination skin that can easily be done at home. Homemade masks contain only natural ingredients and with regular use are effective. It is better not to use a mask, which contain fruit acids, as they can dry the already dry areas of the face. Also, you should avoid masks with a high content of oils and fats - they can aggravate the problem fatty areas. Good alternate cleansing and nourishing mask or clean and repair.
Before applying the mask the skin should be thoroughly clean - you can make peeling or steam bath for the face.
1. Cleansing oatmeal mask. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of oat flour or fine oatmeal with yogurt so as to obtain a paste. Instead of yogurt can be used a decoction of chamomile. The resulting mixture was put on the skin, avoiding the eye area.
2. Healing curd mask. Mix 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese (preferably skim) milk until creamy consistency. Apply the mask on the face with a thin layer, excluding the area around the eyes.
3. Nutritional potato mask. Mix warm mashed potatoes with milk. Apply a thin layer of face, avoiding the eye area.
4. Rejuvenating Mask from green tea. Take 2 tablespoons of green tea, 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt, a few drops of olive oil and 2 teaspoons starch. Grind to a powder tea and add the yogurt, oil and starch. Apply to face, except the eye area.
All masks hold on the face for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Complete the application on the face of a suitable low-fat cream.
