 Long celebration of the New Year Break up the routine - changing day regimen, diet, personal habits. Within a few days of rest you have to pay overweight, eating disorders, low immunity, etc.  
 Festive feast rarely do without delicacies, fatty and sugary foods, so weight gain is inevitable. If you do not observe moderation in eating, there may be a violation of the stomach, liver and intestines, which are struggling to cope with the increased load. Gradual transition to eating habits - start with the increase in the share of vegetables and low-fat foods, then give up sweets. Increase your fluid intake - it helps to speed up metabolism.

Stop cram the night, dine early and let your body relax. After the holidays, many people start a new life - a great incentive to reconsider not only their attitude to what is happening, but also to establish new rules. Just take your time with the diet, the body needs time to get used to the lack of high-calorie food too.

Drinking alcohol causes dehydration always - that's why the morning so much thirsty. Help your body to bring decay products - drink pickle, green tea, yogurt, fresh water and juices.

Compensate the consumption of high-calorie food physical activity. Do not proceed directly to the intensive training - within a week to move more, walk and breathe in the fresh frosty air, walk on foot. Gradually resume usual activities - exercise, exercise, swimming pool and gym.

Accustomed long sleep in the morning and go to bed late, the body will protest against the working mode - help it adapt to new conditions.
