Zatrapeznik

 Zatrapeznik - a coarse, cheap fabric with stripes, usually blue, which appeared in Russia in the first half of the XVIII century. Nothing to do with the meal this material has not - It got its name thanks to the merchant by the name of shabby, who owned factories were the first to begin producing such tissue. Zatrapeznik made from hemp or flax. Items of clothing and other items of a material prized among the common people of cheapness, but because of its unattractive appearance of the word "zatrapeznik" later became synonymous with poor or simply tasteless clothes.
